He transitioned into sales, growing a $190K territory to over $1M in his first year. As he advanced, he took on dual roles and later scaled a $2M territory to more than $8M through disciplined execution and a proven process.
He did not rely on gut feel or guesswork. He leaned into consistent habits, structured systems, and a disciplined process. That journey cemented his belief that real sales success comes from repeatable frameworks and accountability, not hype or hustle.
