Sales training often sounds great in theory but falls flat in practice. True North Sales Solutions was created to change that. We understand what it’s like to be thrown into sales without real guidance, left spinning your wheels and wondering what went wrong.

Paul Dippolito saw it happen again and again. Talented, motivated reps were handed outdated tactics or vague strategies, then expected to figure it out alone. After decades in sales and marketing leadership, he knew the real issue wasn’t effort. It was the lack of structure, consistent feedback, and support that actually sticks. True North was built to deliver exactly that.

From $2M to $8M: Paul’s Sales Journey

Paul began his career as an Art Director but quickly saw a bigger opportunity in connecting brand strategy to revenue growth. He transitioned into sales, growing a $190K territory to over $1M in his first year. As he advanced, he took on dual roles and later scaled a $2M territory to more than $8M through disciplined execution and a proven process.

He did not rely on gut feel or guesswork. He leaned into consistent habits, structured systems, and a disciplined process. That journey cemented his belief that real sales success comes from repeatable frameworks and accountability, not hype or hustle.
